Changing Victim Beliefs to Peace and Power

I used to be a victim of circumstance. There always seemed to be someone or something in the way of me living the life I knew I was meant to live. I knew I could have command over my thoughts but my emotions could override my thoughts (and will) when I was triggered or felt taken advantage of. I believed I was innocent and did “nothing wrong” or “nothing to deserve that kind of treatment”.

After I found ThetaHealingĀ®, I got REAL! I realized that I created my mess and my success with my beliefs! When people took advantage of me, I allowed that. When I was psychologically abused by my partner, I believed I deserved that. When people walked all over me, I did not stand my ground. Then, one day, I decided that being a victim is a state of mind, not my permanent condition.

At one time, the victim state of mind, may have played a vital role in our lives. Being a victim feels powerless and as if we have no control over our lives, our bodies, or a situation. Feeling victimized is REAL and that does not have to be your truth.

Forgiveness is the cornerstone of healing. “…forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.” In the Lord’s Prayer, we have a command that can instantly transform anger and victim mindset. Since I was a child, this prayer has rang like a bell to remind me how to live my life. When commanded in theta, old wounds drift away and space is created for more love, peace, and acceptance for ourselves and others.
